This week’s special is a perfect lead into summer (that’s Sunday!) with a tomato base, provolone, red onion, smoked salmon, capers and parsley from our garden – delicious! It’s very simple but the best things in life always are.

Tiramisu lovers will enjoy the return to ‘traditionale’; made with espresso and amaretto.

Special Nov 20-23

Our special this week is one that we’re trying for the first time…olive oil base, walnuts, beetroot, fresh rocket and goats cheese. It’s not uncommon to see this as a salad combination in many italian eateries so why not try it on a pizza? We think it’s delicious!

Tiramisu this week is the strawberry variety – with warmer days sneaking intermittently into each week, we think it’s an oh so delicious introduction into summer.

For those of you who love chilli, tabasco and other ‘spicy’ ingredients on your pizza we’re now offering the hottest of hot options…should you choose to go there. It’s called ‘Death Sauce‘ and comprises of a range of ten sauces that become increasingly hot as you head up the scale. We’re stocking Pure Death (#5) Sudden Death (#7) and Ultra Death (#9). (We can’t stock #10 without asking you to sign a disclaimer!)

We’ve been trialling death sauce with some of our regular customers and managed to break one who claimed he could handle heat! He got up to Sudden Death (#7) before reaching out for the greek yoghurt.

Special November 13-16: tomato base, baby spinach, calabrese salami (hot or mild), roasted capsicum and provolone! Perfect with a glass of vino rosso on these coolish nights…mmm yum!

Tiramisu this week is the triple choc variety – indulgent all the way through each layer!

Yum, yum, yum! This week’s special is a classic Italian flavour combination – it features an extra-virgin olive-oil base, mozzarella, homemade pork and fennel salsicce (sausage), sweet juicy apple and is finished with fresh rocket. Delish!Tiramisu-ers this week will love the chocolate-strawberry variation – with summer itching closer and closer, strawberries are red, sweet and juicy – it really …is a delicious way to finish dinner.

For sweet wine drinkers amongst us, Bella Fresca has just started stocking Pengally Lane Moscato and their chilled sweet red – Luscious Red Lips!

Special Oct 23-26

This week’s special features a pesto base, free-range chicken, feta, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts – yum! Our chicken is seasoned with garlic and oregano so it’s especially flavoursome.

Tiramisu this week is the traditional variety – with a shot of espresso and amaretto to keep you warm in this suddenly coolish weather.

This week’s special is an extra virgin olive oil base, marinated figs, walnuts, prosciutto and fresh rocket…delish…especially with a glass of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio! We’ve marinated the figs in orange juice, cloves and de bortoli Noble One so they leave a yummy after taste.

Tiramisu-ers will love the return of ‘traditionale’ – that is with espresso, amaretto and dash of love!

Otherwise there’s always bacio, gelato (chocolate, lemon and/or orange) or a dessert pizza…nutella and banana or berries and white chocolate. Yum!

Special October 2-5: garlic base, mushrooms, fresh rocket and goats cheese…mmm yum! Because our dough is left to prove over many hours and we use high quality 00 Italian flour, the hand-stretched base is light, crispy and full of flavour.

It’s the perfect pizza for the vegetarians amongst us – if you felt like some protein then perhaps some prosciutto will ease the craving.

Cheese lovers come forth! Hear ye hear ye….this week’s special is the ever delicious ‘quattro formaggi’ or four cheeses: tomato base, mozzarella, gorgonzola (an Italian blue cheese made from cows milk), tallegio (semi-soft Italian cheese made from cows milk) and provolone with fresh basil to finish – yum!

Chocoholics will love Jules’ homemade triple chocolate tiramisu which goes down oh so well with an espresso or even one of our decadent hot chocolates.

This week’s special features a lightly oiled extra virgin olive oil base, mozzarella, pear, prosciutto, walnuts and is finished with fresh rocket and an optional sprinkle of parmesan – delicious!

And for the coeliacs amongst us, remember we can do this in a 9″ gluten free version.

This or our other pizzas are all fantastic with our selection of fresh salads; mista, greek, rucola or the caprese!
