Special Sept 4-7

This week’s special features a garlic base, mozzarella, grilled zucchini, ricotta and calabrese salami (hot or mild!) – and as a customer once said about this one, ‘it looks humble but it’s packed full of flavour’!

As we sold out of our homemade strawberry/chocolate tiramisu last week and strawberries are delicious at the moment, Jules has made a fresh batch. So if you missed out last week, don’t fret, you can drop by this week and satisfy the craving.

We’ve also got refreshing bacio, tartufo and gelato in chocolate, lemon and strawberry.

Special Aug 28-31

This week’s special is a vegetarian classic – tomato base, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, roasted eggplant and feta. Those who hanker for protein could have calabrese salami or even some wood-roasted lamb added.

On either our regular pizza bases or gluten friendly bases, it’s delicious!

Tiramisu this week is choc-strawberry – one that we haven’t done for a while but with a yummy fresh supply of strawberries we couldn’t resist temptation.

This warmer spring weather has also brought about a new batch of bacio (vanilla & hazelnut ice-cream in hard coated chocolate) and tartufo (chocolate gelato truffle with cherry) or there’s always refreshing gelato in chocolate, lemon or strawberry!

Special Aug 21-24

This cool wintry weather calls for a warm, hearty and comforting pizza and so for this week’s special we’re going with our ever-popular ‘la patata’.

That’s a tomato base, mozzarella, red onion, wood-roasted potatoes and rosemary. Sounds simple, but the best things in life always are.

It’s the perfect dinner with a glass of vino and we have a selection of reds and/or whites that match deliciously.

Special Aug 7-10

It’s puttanesca this week: tomato base, provolone, kalamata olives, anchovies, chilli, oregano and fresh basil – delicious! The non-vegetarians might like this one with calabrese salami?!

Our homemade tiramisu is the traditional variety…perfect with coffee or a shot of amaretto.

We’ve also got a new gelato flavour this week – strawberry, so you can take your pick between chocolate, lemon and strawberry or get all three in one serve.

Special July 24-27

Bella Fresca Pizzeria Facebookfollowers will be accustomed to hearing about our weekly special each Wednesday – well we’re also going to try and post them to this blog each week so that when our mobile website goes live in the next little while, visitors will also be able to share – in a font that doesn’t require a magnifying glass! Otherwise you can always place a call and we’ll tell you about it over the phone.

It’s one for the vegetarians this week – garlic base, mushrooms, goats cheese and fresh rocket – yum! Our goats cheese is french and oh so delicious – we’ll post a photo to instagram later on so you can see for yourself.

Jules’ homemade tiramisu will be the ‘traditionale’ version this week however if you’re not a fan of the espresso/amaretto version we’ve also got some beautiful ice-cream cassata that is ultra delicious.
