We loved the last @MeredithDairy Goat Cheese special so much, that’s it’s back as the star ingredient of a fresh creation: Blueberry, Meredith Goats Cheese, Rocket and Balsamic Drizzle! 🫐🫐🫐

We’ve been working on a savory blueberry option for a while and the combination of the creamy Meredith Goat Cheese, fresh rocket and the sweet but tangy balsamic drizzle works a treat!

We’ll be open this Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm including limited capacity to dine in.

Seating is super limited in our little space to adhere to current restrictions so will have a maximum of 10 Seated and any one time. Bookings are highly recommended as we don’t want to disappoint.

This weeks special is Japanese inspired and features Pickled Ginger, Nori strips, Capsicum, Red Onion, Avocado, Chicken, Black Sesame and Wasabi Mayo!

The Wasabi Mayo is Kewpie of course! But we’ve also got Kewpie Sriracha Mayo and classic Kewpie Mayo so if you’re not a Wasabi fan then take your pick! They’re all delicious 😋🍕🔥🍕🔥🍕😋

On an Olive Oil base the pickled ginger combines with the other fresh ingredients for an amazing fuzion and likely to feature on my dinner plate all week!

A Napoli base with fresh Baby Spinach leaves, then topped with fried shallots when it’s fresh out of the woodfire oven. It’s simple, just to let the Meredith Goat Cheese sing for itself!

The Pomegranates are still amazing and after a few more staff experiments, we’ve come up with another awesome Pomegranate Special, Pomegranate, Baby Spinach, Mushroom, Avocado, Capsicum and Pesto!

It’s a super green, hearty vegetarian special and the Pomegranate Avrils look like little gems of deliciousness hiding in amongst the green! 😍😍😍
