Ciao pizza lovers! It’s fair to say that the cooler weather has well and truly arrived and isn’t is great knowing that you have our cosy woodfired pizzeria in which to sit, relax and eat in or order a takeaway from?!
This week’s special is on a napoli base with provolone, roasted red capsicum, feta, salami and jalapeños! Those seeking an extra bit of spice can also add chilli and the vegetarians can swap the salami for mushrooms and this is still a delicious pizza!
Dessert lovers will be happy to learn that we have our homemade tiramisu and decadent dessert pizzas as well as our chilled selection of gelato, baci and tartufo!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week we can expect some cool weather to visit and so we’ve decided to feature a special that’s hearty and bound to keep you warm and comforted! On a napoli base there’ll be some provolone, red onion, wood roasted potatoes and rosemary. Seriously delicious!
For those with a sweet tooth we’ll have our homemade tiramisu, delicious dessert pizzas as well as gelato, baci and tartufo!

Buonasera pizza lovers! Yes, we are back, refreshed and ready to once again provide Castlemaine’s most delicious woodfired pizza! As Victor might say ‘Tanks God’. Thanks to all those who sent happy wishes and lovely messages during our break and apologies for the slow replies… we took a break from social media too!
This week’s special is on a napoli base with provolone, baby spinach, green olives, feta and salami! This is one of those pizzas that’s extra delicious with a hint of chilli which is an optional extra. Vegetarians can simply skip the salami and this is still a great pizza!
This week’s pizza special is inspired by flavours of puttanesca…napoli, provolone, white anchovies, fresh tomato, capers, kalamata olives, basil and if you’re game, chilli! It’s flavours are intense and a little bit spicy. Some might choose to add salami – it’ll work either way!
For those with a sweet tooth, we’ve got our delicious dessert pizzas – nutella & strawberry, nutella & banana, the decadent chocolate calzone or berries and white chocolate – or if something more refreshing is on your mind we’ve got the tartufo, back and gelato in either chocolate, lemon or blood orange!

With less than a week until Christmas the special pizza that we’re featuring this week is on theme…the quattro formaggio…napoli, provolone, feta, mozzarella, gorgonzola and basil.
Some might call it ‘the four cheeses’ others, after a few glasses might say it’s ‘forjesus’. Whichever way you land, it’s delicious, red white and green and also super yummy with a few ribbons of prosciutto!
Jules has also put his dessert genius to good use and come up with a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu – what is Christmas without a pick me up?

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one of our faves and widely requested even when it’s not on the menu! Fresh pear, walnuts and prosciutto on an extra virgin olive oil base with fresh rocket to finish. It’s a delicious combination that’s light and perfetto for this warmer weather.
