Special April 20-23

This week’s special supports our Spanish amigos (the Spanish film festival is currently on in Melbs) and features provolone, chorizo, red roasted capsicum, feta and fresh basil on a napoli base. Delicious and classic southern european flavours that will warm the soul and please the stomach!

As is more often the case than not these days, we have our homemade tiramisu which is perhaps one of the best ways to finish dinner in front of the open wood fire.

Special April 13-16

This week’s special is vegetarian, sort of.

Garlic, provolone, marinated broccoli (in garlic, lemon juice & black pepper) gorgonzola and anchovies.

If you are a vegetarian who doesn’t eat anchovies then this is still great without.

Otherwise If you just don’t like anchovies then this will still work with salami – and the hot one if you can handle it!

The traditional homemade tiramisu returns this week made with espresso, amaretto and of course amore!

Special April 6-9

This week’s special is the ever delicious homemade meatball pizza…on a napoli base with a little provolone, red onion, homemade meatballs and then a few green peas for good measure. It’s almost like a bolognese or ragu on a pizza and it’s a flavour combination that is deeeeelicious!

Homemade tiramisu this week is made with lashings of nutella so it’s a rich chocolatey decadent dessert that is perfetto with an espresso.

Special 30 Mar-2 Apr

This week’s special is SPUDS! Yep, that’s right folks…we’ve been asked to do this a few times recently but it’s just been too hot to roast potatoes in the oven all day – with a milder week forecast it should be much more pleasant… so it’s a napoli base, red onion, wood-roasted potatoes and smattering of rosemary. Simple and delicious.

Tiramisu returns to the menu this week – it’s traditional, it’s delicious and is the perfect dessert with which to finish dinner.

Easter Special: Open Wed & Thurs; Closed Good Friday & Easter Saturday!

Being Easter, we’re going to go traditional in our theme and offer our smoked salmon pizza this week…napoli, provolone, spring onion, smoked salmon, avocado, capers and parsley…it’s a winner! Delicious with a glass of vino or two…

Our trading hours will be different this week too…we’re going to be open Wednesday and Thursday but we’ll be closed Good Friday and Easter Saturday.

Special March 16-19

This week’s special is one of those classic flavour combinations – napoli, provolone, white anchovies, capers, fresh tomato, basil, kalamata olives and if you can handle it, it’s great with some chilli to spice it up a little! What’s life without a bit of spice now and then?

Well thanks to everyone for welcoming us back with such gusto – even in the extreme heat! We had plenty of laughs finding out if/how you ‘cheated’ on us during our absence and received some HILARIOUS responses along with ‘thank goodness you guys are back’ sentiment. We are genuinely grateful for the support and friendship we have with you all – thank you!

Special March 2-5

Well after taking a few weeks to rest and recharge our batteries we’re back with one of the frequently requested vegetarian combinations – beetroot, walnuts, goats cheese and fresh rocket. If you’re not a fan of goats cheese then feta also works well with this one…

We’ve also got some of our yum yum yum homemade tiramisu for dessert lovers – made with espresso, amaretto and of course amore!

Special Jan 27-30

Well, if you’ve read this post sometime between Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning you would’ve seen advertised a pizza special featuring white anchovies and lots of other puttanesca flavours, BUT we had some trouble sourcing white anchovies so we’re going to feature another trusty special…

On an extra virgin olive oil base, there’ll be a scattering of provolone and walnuts, before the pizza is cooked and then finished with prosciutto and fresh rocket!

Tiramisu is available so if you love flavours of espresso and amaretto this one’s for you!
