This week’s special is inspired by flavours of the puttanesca; napoli, provolone, white anchovies, capers, basil and kalamata olives…if you can handle it, chilli is a delicious addition to this one. Also red wine goes just purr-fectly with this one too!

And if you do go for the spicier version the best way to cool down is with a serving of our delicious homemade tiramisu…it’s made with espresso, amore etc etc So yum.

Special Aug 31-Sep 3

This week’s special is yum yum yum – I know we say that every week but this one really truly is…garlic on the base, provolone, handchopped mushrooms, Australian brie and fresh rocket. Super simple, super tasty! Ideal for the vegetarians in our midst although if you absolutely need protein then prosciutto is the one we’d choose… although chicken works too…

Homemade tiramisu is also available – our little sweet treats are a perfect dessert because they’re light and just go down deliciously with an espresso or hot chocolate.

Special August 24-27

We’ve spent a majority of today rolling rolling rolling baby meatballs! That’s right folks, after many conversations we’ve succumbed to the constant requests to feature our homemade meatball pizza…napoli base, provolone, red onion, homemade meatballs and green peas. BTW our meatballs are gluten free and yes, peas do work on pizza!

Tiramisu is also available…espresso, amore etc etc. Seriously delicious with a coffee or hot chocolate.

Special August 10-13

Back in June when the #eurocup was in its initial stages we offered a new special featuring Spanish chorizo because at the time we were convinced that Spain were going to win (they didn’t). But we won because that special with the chorizo, caramelised onion, feta and fresh rocket on an olive oil base was raved about. We’ve been asked on multiple occasions when it’s returning …

So it’s back – this week only of course!

Special August 3-6

As the countdown to Spring continues we’re giving our winter specials their last run for a while (unless of course there is insatiable demand!) and so this week we’ll have the woodfired oven going flat out for our pumpkin special.

On the base we drizzle some Australian extra virgin olive oil, provolone, wood roasted pumpkin, feta and pine nuts and then finish with some rocket! It’s one of our faves and we hope it’s one of yours too! Protein lovers can do this one with chicken…

Homemade tiramisu is also available – made with espresso and amore we know you love it and frankly, who can blame you? It’s the perfect indulgence with an espresso or hot chocolate to finish.

This week’s special is one for the protein eaters…pesto base, provolone, chicken (always free range!), fresh tomato, feta and pine nuts…it’s super yum! Vegetarians could do this one with mushrooms instead of chicken…

On the dessert front there’s a fresh batch of the tiramisu ready and waiting to be indulgently enjoyed…

This week’s special is a twist on one we’ve featured before…garlic base, provolone, broccoli (marinated in lemon juice, garlic and black pepper), taleggio cheese and pine nuts. The vegetarians will love this one! If you’re curious about taleggio cheese, it’s a semi-soft Italian cheese made from cows milk and it’s super delicious!

Tiramisu lovers will be pleased to learn that the traditional version is available this week… espresso…amore… etc. etc. Perfetto with an espresso or hot chocolate to finish!

Special July 13-16

This week’s special is one to keep you warm in this chilly chilly winter weather – extra virgin olive oil, provolone, homemade pork salsicce (not gluten free), fennel, sweet juicy apple and fresh rocket.

Homemade tiramisu is on the menu this week, lovingly made with espresso, amore…etc etc.

We’ve had a couple of people enquire as to where our olive oil comes from – we use Red Island Australian Cold Pressed Olive Oil that is produced in Boort. We think it tastes great and suits our pizzas perfectly.

Also due to the cold weather and flooding in Gippsland, rocket is in short supply at the moment so we’re using what we have on pizzas and not making our rucola salad. As soon as we’re back to normal it’ll return to the menu! In the meantime the mists salad is a great alternative.

Special July 6-9

This week’s special is one for the vegetarians amongst us.. napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, roasted eggplant and feta…deeelicious! If you need it, the best protein with this one is salami and you can choose whether you go hot or mild! Either way, we think it tastes pretty fine!

Jules has made another batch of his special homemade tiramisu -the past few weeks we’ve been selling out so that indicates how delicious it really is and how you have to get in quick for a piece of this indulgence! (Having said that, we’ll probably end up throwing out half a tray this week…)

We’ve also just updated our wine list and have a new Italian pinot grigio, rose and pinot noir for your delight. All are great with our yummy pizzas.
