Special Nov 16-19

This week’s special is one of our faves – just a simple combination of flavours that looks and tastes great – napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted red capsicum, feta and salami which you can have either hot or mild. The vegetarians can swap the salami for olives and this still tastes really great.

Homemade tiramisu is available this week or with the warmer days starting to sneak in here and there you can opt for gelato which we have in three flavours of chocolate, lemon and blood orange.

Special Nov 9-12

Q: What do you get when you cross broccoli and a vampire?
A: Count Broccula! (Mwah ha ha ha!)

This week’s special is the yummy combination of gorgonzola, pine nuts and broccoli on a garlic base! It’s delicious as is, but for those of you who need protein we think salami is the best match for this one.

Homemade tiramisu is available this week along with baci and tartufo or if you fee like gelato in this warmer weather, we have three flavours of chocolate, lemon and blood orange!

This week’s special is one of those classic Italian favour combinations that will delight your senses! On an olive oil base, we sprinkle some provolone, homemade pork and fennel sausage (salsicce), sweet and juicy apple and finish it with some fresh rocket.

Homemade tiramisu is on the sweets list too… along with tartufo, baci and gelato in any of chocolate, lemon and blood orange.

This week’s special is a brand new vegetarian special that we haven’t featured before but we feel confident that you’ll love the flavours as much as we do. Provolone, caramelised onion, marinated figs, gorgonzola dolce and fresh rocket on an olive oil base! A delicious pizza to be enjoyed in this spring like weather with a glass or two of pinot grigio…

Special Oct 19-22

This week’s special is one of our faves…napoli base, provolone, baby spinach, marinated split green olives, salami (hot/mild) and feta! The vegetarians amongst us can opt to skip the salami and this one is still mouth-wateringly delicious!

Traditional homemade tiramisu is back on the menu this week and is one of the lightest and most delicious ways to finish a yummy dinner in front of the Bella Fresca Pizzeria fire!

Special October 5-8

Boy has the cold returned this week! Just think how lovely it would be to park yourself in front of our cosy woodfired oven with a freshly cooked pizza and glass of vino? Ah, bliss!

This week’s special is provolone, pear, walnuts and ribbons of prosciutto finished with fresh rocket on an olive oil base…so yum and very much a classic Italian flavour combination.

It’s the simple things in life that are often the best and so that’s why this week we’re featuring one of our easy going faves – the quattro formaggi or four cheeses by its other name. Special Sept 21-24

It’s a bit fresh at the moment so we’re running with a winter like special…garlic, fresh ricotta, marinated zucchini and salami which you can have either hot or mild. It’s a good one when you’ve got a bit of a sniffle and need a dose of garlic to warm you up! If you don’t eat pork, the salami can be switched for some mushrooms and it’s still delicious.

Tiramisu will also be available again this week, it’s the traditional version which is super-light (no cream) and made with espresso and amore.

This week’s special is one of our favourite vegetarian combinations of napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, roasted eggplant and feta. It looks pretty and tastes delicious. The protein eaters amongst us might like to add salami (hot especially good) which adds a new flavour dimension.

Homemade tiramisu is available of course and offers a lovely way to cool down if you do decide to indulge in the hot version of our special…otherwise there’s always baci, tartufo or a lovely trio of gelato…
