Special June 3-6

Brrr! The cool weather has definitely kicked in – lovely to now officially be in winter – perfect weather for indulging in a delicious meal in front of the woodfired oven @Bellafrescapizzeria!

Our special this week is the classic ‘quattro formaggi’ or four cheeses with a Bella twist…a napoli base, provolone, mozzarella, gorgonzola and feta with fresh basil! Yum!

On the dessert menu we’ve brought back our decadent, delicious chocolate mud cake which is served with vanilla ice-cream and fresh strawberries…with coffee, it’s such a satisfying way to finish dinner!

It’s a special for the protein lovers amongst us this week…a garlic base (pizza bianca) with provolone, roasted eggplant, roasted capsicum, salami (hot/mild) and feta…yummo! The vegetarians will still be able to have this one minus the salami…

Tiramisu is back again after we sold out again last week – but we’ve also got our yummy little baci and tartufo desserts which are another sweet treat that finish off a meal at Bella Fresca Pizzeria perfectly! If neither of these options grab you there’s always gelato…or a dessert wine…or a coffee…or a hot chocolate…the options are endless!

Special May 20-23

This week’s special is inspired by the ‘puttanesca’; napoli base, provolone, white anchovies, capers, fresh tomato, basil and the optional extra? chilli! Delicious with a glass of our new Sangiovese from Toscana, La Vendetta!

We’ve also added to our list another new red – the Maretti Rosso which is a barbera-nebbiolo blend and perfetto with any of the delicious pizzas from #bellafrescapizzeria.

On the dessert front we’ve got our homemade tiramisu made with espresso, amaretto and amore!

Special May 13-16

Imagine this. A napoli base, provolone, red onion, fresh tomato, homemade meatballs (beef, lamb & pork) with green peas. It’s a bolognese on a pizza and it’s absolutely delicious …and the best bit? It’s available at Bella Fresca Pizzeria this week as our special!

And because this weather is quite cool we’ve brought back our winter chocolate mud cake dessert a few weeks early. It’s decadent, it’s delicious and one mouthful demands more! Served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries, it’s the perfect way to finish dinner in front of our cosy woodfired oven.

This week’s vegetarian special is a napoli base with baby spinach, provolone, marinated green olives, fresh tomato and feta…delicious! If you can’t fathom the idea of a pizza without protein then we suggest a hot or mild salami with this one!

Tiramisu returns to the menu this week made with amaretto, espresso and amore…perfetto with an espresso to finish a delightful and cosy meal in front of the Bella Fresca wood fire.

Our special this week is a twist on one we’ve featured before… it’s a garlic base with provolone, gorgonzola and broccoli that’s been marinated in lemon, garlic and black pepper…if you’re game, it’s also sensational with either hot or mild salami! Deeeeeelicious!

Our dessert pizza of poached quinces, sweet ricotta and vanilla ice cream is proving to be popular as is Jules’ homemade tiramisu made with espresso, amaretto and amore…both available this week as well as our baci, tartufo and gelato (chocolate, lemon, blood orange).

Special April 22-25

This week’s special is yum yum yum! It’s an extra virgin olive oil base with provolone, baby beetroot, walnuts, fresh rocket and goats cheese…it’s delicious!

Tiramisu also returns to the menu this week…made with espresso, amaretto and amore but if that doesn’t grab you there’s always the ever delicious poached-quince dessert pizza.

On a sweet ricotta base we layer slivers of Castlemaine-grown poached quinces (thanks Robyn & Doug), pop it in the woodfired oven for a couple of minutes before removing, sprinkling white chocolate all over it and then serving with vanilla ice cream. Bellisima!

Special April 15-18

It’s autumn which means beautiful sunny days and cool nights perfect for eating out by the cosy wood fire at Bella Fresca Pizzeria. This week’s special is our popular pork, apple and fennel combination… On an olive oil base, we add provolone, homemade pork salsicce, fresh apple and fennel before cooking and then dressing the pizza with a flourish of fresh rocket. It’s delicious!

Dessert-wise we have the traditional homemade tiramisu made with espresso, amaretto and a dash of amore, or if you’re looking for something a little different we are welcoming back our poached quince dessert pizza.

On a sweet ricotta base we arrange slivers of poached quince and buttons of white chocolate before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s ultra special and totally indulgent. The tartness of the quinces with the sweetness of the ricotta will leave you wanting more.

Special April 8-11

With Easter (and chocolate overdosing) done for another year this week’s pizza special is designed to provide some healthy vegetable balance – La Zucca!

Jules preps our beautiful jap pumpkins by slicing, seasoning and roasting them in the woodfired fired oven. The base is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, dressed with provolone, wood roasted pumpkin, gorgonzola and pine nuts before being cooked and finished with fresh rocket. Seriously delicious!

Tiramisu is also back! Made with espresso, amaretto and amore it’s the perfect accompaniment to a delicious meal at Bella Fresca Pizzeria in front of the cosy woodfired oven!

Special April 1-4

Easter already! We know! So our special this week centres around seafood the best way we can do it on pizza!

The base is a napoli one which is topped with provolone (cheese), spring onion, avocado and baby capers before being popped into the woodfired oven for about 90 seconds. It’s then dressed in fresh smoked salmon and parsley before being served up for your delight! Yum yum!

Tiramisu keeps selling out and so Jules has been working his magic and delivered another batch of delicious, indulgent homemade tiramisu made with espresso, amaretto and amore!
