Due to popular demand and given that we’re in the final weeks of winter we’re featuring our potato pizza special this week…on a napoli base, we apply provolone, red onion, wood roasted chat potatoes and a few sprigs of rosemary…so simple and yet so delicious!

If you’re partial to a dessert or sweet treat to finish then the tiramisu returns this week made with espresso, amaretto and just a dash of amore!

Special August 5-8

Prosciutto, walnuts, marinated figs and fresh rocket! Yep, that’s right folks – that’s this week’s yummy yummy pizza special!

We get a pizza dough ball that’s been proving for an extended time, hand-stretch it so that it retains air and lightness, then spread some extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle provolone, walnuts and figs bathed in sweet alcohol before cooking in the oven and then finishing with delicious ribbons of prosciutto and fresh rocket.

Tiramisu returns this week deliciously made with amaretto, espresso and just a dash of amore!

Special July 29-Aug 1

As we approach the final month of winter we’re celebrating this fabulous season with a deeeelicious and heart warming special…on an olive oil base we spread provolone, wood-roasted pumpkin, pine nuts and gorgonzola before cooking the pizza at somewhere between 400-500 degrees and then finishing it with fresh rocket. If you feel the need for protein then the saltiness of chicken matches well with the sweetness of pumpkin…yum yum yum!

On the dessert front we have our scrumptious homemade tiramisu which continues to be be ever popular…probably because it’s made with espresso, amaretto and the vital amore!

Special July 22-25

After last week’s sub zero temperatures this week is comparatively tropical…but that doesn’t mean we’re going to shy away from a special that’s designed to warm the mind, body and soul…

On a beautifully hand-stretched pizza base we spread a coat of fresh crushed garlic, provolone, apply some marinated zucchini, fresh ricotta and then finish with some hot salami (or you can have mild!). Deeelicious!

If you’re open to dessert afterwards then you won’t be able to resist our decadent delicious chocolate mud cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberry. Perfect with a hot chocolate or espresso to finish a delicious dinner in front of the Bella Fresca woodfired oven.

Special July 15-18

This cold weather brings about all sorts of cravings for simple and traditional pizza combinations and so this week we’re going to run with the ‘puttanesca’…on a napoli base we sprinkle provolone, fresh tomato, basil, chilli, white anchovies and kalamata olives.. full of flavour and the perfect pizza to warm your soul! It’s a good one with salami, if you feel the need for protein… On the dessert menu we’ve returned the homemade tiramisu made with amaretto, espresso and the requisite dash of amore! This week’s special of deliciousness is on an extra virgin olive oil base with provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, pork salsicce (sausage) and feta…mmm mmmm! Yummo! For the vegetarians amongst us this one’s just as delicious without the pork salsicce…

On the dessert front we have our yummy decadent chocolate mud cake which is the perfect way to finish dinner..especially so with an espresso at hand!

Special June 24-27

It’s a special for the protein lovers amongst us this week…on a pesto base we add provolone, free-range chicken thighs marinated in garlic and oregano, roasted capsicum and cashews…it’s flavoursome and bound to impress even the most picky of pizza eaters!

Of course, it’s even better with a glass of Arneis.

On the dessert front we have our ultra-delicious home made tiramisu which features amaretto, espresso and amore❤!

Brrr! The cool weather has definitely kicked in – lovely to now officially be in winter – perfect weather for indulging in a delicious meal in front of the woodfired oven @Bellafrescapizzeria!

Our special this week is the classic ‘quattro formaggi’ or four cheeses with a Bella twist…a napoli base, provolone, mozzarella, gorgonzola and feta with fresh basil! Yum!

On the dessert menu we’ve brought back our decadent, delicious chocolate mud cake which is served with vanilla ice-cream and fresh strawberries…with coffee, it’s such a satisfying way to finish dinner!

It’s a special for the protein lovers amongst us this week…a garlic base (pizza bianca) with provolone, roasted eggplant, roasted capsicum, salami (hot/mild) and feta…yummo! The vegetarians will still be able to have this one minus the salami…

Tiramisu is back again after we sold out again last week – but we’ve also got our yummy little baci and tartufo desserts which are another sweet treat that finish off a meal at Bella Fresca Pizzeria perfectly! If neither of these options grab you there’s always gelato…or a dessert wine…or a coffee…or a hot chocolate…the options are endless!

Imagine this. A napoli base, provolone, red onion, fresh tomato, homemade meatballs (beef, lamb & pork) with green peas. It’s a bolognese on a pizza and it’s absolutely delicious …and the best bit? It’s available at Bella Fresca Pizzeria this week as our special!
