Bella Fresca Pizzeria returns tomorrow night and to kick off our ‘new year’ we’re starting with a vegetarian winner… it’s a pesto base with provolone, roasted red capsicum, marinated green olives, feta and fresh cherry tomato – a delicious combination!

And those with a hankering for Jules’ homemade tiramisu will not be disappointed to learn that it’s back – traditional with espresso, amaretto and the requisite dash of amore!

Special Feb 4-7

Delicious delicious delicious…that’s how we describe this week’s special – napoli base, provolone, feta, mozzarella and gorgonzola dolce with basil – that’s right, it’s the four cheeses with a @bellafrescapizzeria twist!

Our dessert special this week is Jules’ homemade tiramisu made with espresso, amaretto and just a dash of amore!

This weeks special is one for the vegetarians…garlic base, provolone, mushrooms, brie and fresh rocket…the molten medley of garlic, mushrooms and brie is seriously divine! For the protein lovers amongst us who could not fathom a pizza without it, we’d recommend prosciutto for this one!

After last week’s heat we’re loving the idea of milder conditions (with welcome rain!) and so we’re starting our 2015 weekly specials with a vegetarian delight…extra virgin olive oil base, provolone, baby beetroot, walnuts, rocket and goat cheese…yum!

Dessert this week comprises of Jules’ ever indulgent homemade tiramisu, made with amaretto, espresso and of course the requisite dose of love! Of course, if this doesn’t take your fancy there’s always our gelato available in chocolate, lemon and blood red orange..or a baci or tartufo…the list goes on…

Hmmm mmm, as we approach the last couple of weeks of 2014 we’re featuring one of our favourite summer pizzas…extra virgin olive oil base, provolone, walnuts, pear, prosciutto and fresh rocket! This is a much requested and very popular combination!

As we head into November, we’re featuring a classic special – the base is brushed with extra virgin olive oil, dressed with provolone, marinated figs, walnuts and prosciutto thenfinished with fresh rocket…a delicious combination that never fails to hit the spot.

Homemade tiramisu returns to the menu this week – last time we made the traditional version we sold out, made more and sold out again, so we know you love it too!

This week Bella Fresca Pizzeria turns 3!

So to warm you up and celebrate our third anniversary making Castlemaine’s most delicious woodfired pizzas, our weekly special is a classic – ‘the puttanesca’ – napoli base, provolone, fresh tomato, basil, anchovies, capers, olives, hot or mild salami and you could even add some chilli if you were that way inclined!

Tiramisu-ers will be pleased to learn that the traditional version returns to the menu this week…made with love, espresso and just a touch of amaretto!

Special Oct 1- 4

Well, it warms up and then it cools down – you might not be able to decide what to wear each day but at Bella Fresca Pizzeria our pizzas are great whatever the season.

Our special this week is an olive oil base, provolone, baby spinach, pork sausage (salsicce) and cherry tomatoes – it’s delicious!

Our dessert this week is a new spin on our classic tiramisu in that is has layers of dark chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries in place of the traditional egg custard. It’s decadent, rich and one of the best ways to finish dinner.
