Ok, that’s clearly not going to work!

But this week’s special definitely works…on an olive oil base, provolone, pear and walnuts are topped before the pizza is cooked and then finished with prosciutto and fresh rocket.

And for those tiramisu lovers amongst us Jules has experimented with a new #nutella tiramisu..yep that’s right! If it’s the traditional version that you’re after then don’t fret because there’s a tray of that too! Yum!

Q: What happened after an explosion at a French cheese factory?
A: All that was left was de brie.

Ha ha ha ha…okay maybe not…if the humour is bad at least console yourself in the knowledge that Spring is officially here!

But if you do love French brie then a visit via Bella Fresca Pizzeria this week is a must as the special is the ‘quattro formaggi’ or ‘four cheeses’…yum yum yum! On a napoli base, we apply mozzarella, provolone, feta and French brie and then finish it with some fresh basil!

And on the tiramisu front Jules has made a batch of the traditional version with espresso, amaretto and amore! Bellissima!

That’s right folks, this week’s special is a chicken pizza…on a pesto base we feature provolone, chicken, pine nuts, fresh tomato and feta…delish!

Jules has gone all out and made two varieties of tiramisu this week – the traditional version with espresso and amaretto – and the chocolate version which is non-alcoholic but is of course made with amore!

Due to popular demand and given that we’re in the final weeks of winter we’re featuring our potato pizza special this week…on a napoli base, we apply provolone, red onion, wood roasted chat potatoes and a few sprigs of rosemary…so simple and yet so delicious!

Special August 5-8

Prosciutto, walnuts, marinated figs and fresh rocket! Yep, that’s right folks – that’s this week’s yummy yummy pizza special!

We get a pizza dough ball that’s been proving for an extended time, hand-stretch it so that it retains air and lightness, then spread some extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle provolone, walnuts and figs bathed in sweet alcohol before cooking in the oven and then finishing with delicious ribbons of prosciutto and fresh rocket.

Tiramisu returns this week deliciously made with amaretto, espresso and just a dash of amore!

Special July 29-Aug 1

As we approach the final month of winter we’re celebrating this fabulous season with a deeeelicious and heart warming special…on an olive oil base we spread provolone, wood-roasted pumpkin, pine nuts and gorgonzola before cooking the pizza at somewhere between 400-500 degrees and then finishing it with fresh rocket. If you feel the need for protein then the saltiness of chicken matches well with the sweetness of pumpkin…yum yum yum!

On the dessert front we have our scrumptious homemade tiramisu which continues to be be ever popular…probably because it’s made with espresso, amaretto and the vital amore!

Special July 15-18

This cold weather brings about all sorts of cravings for simple and traditional pizza combinations and so this week we’re going to run with the ‘puttanesca’…on a napoli base we sprinkle provolone, fresh tomato, basil, chilli, white anchovies and kalamata olives.. full of flavour and the perfect pizza to warm your soul! It’s a good one with salami, if you feel the need for protein… On the dessert menu we’ve returned the homemade tiramisu made with amaretto, espresso and the requisite dash of amore! Special June 24-27

It’s a special for the protein lovers amongst us this week…on a pesto base we add provolone, free-range chicken thighs marinated in garlic and oregano, roasted capsicum and cashews…it’s flavoursome and bound to impress even the most picky of pizza eaters!

Of course, it’s even better with a glass of Arneis.
