Brrrr! It’s freeeeeeezing! To officially celebrate the arrival of winter we’re going with a pizza inspired by the puttanesca…napoli, provolone, white anchovies, kalamata olives, baby capers and fresh basil…for the brave we also recommend chilli and/or salami! This one is an absolute flavour bomb and perfect with a glass of sangiovese.

Homemade tiramisu is also on the menu this week, Jules has made a dish filled with amore!

Special May 25-28

This week’s special is the ‘quattro formaggi’ or four cheeses…but with a Bella twist. Napoli, provolone, mozzarella, feta and French brie with fresh basil. It sounds so simple but it’s packed full of punch and each mouthful offers something different! Yum!

Dessert lovers will be pleased to hear that Jules’ traditional tiramisu returns to the menu this week…made with amore!

Special May 18-21

Napoli. Provolone. Baby spinach. Roasted Capsicum. Feta. Salami. That’s this week’s special combo – vegetarians, please know that this one works well if you switch the salami for a few olives and/or some chilli. If you prefer salami then you can opt for either hot or mild – both are very yummy!

Homemade tiramisu is the traditional version this week…perfetto with an espresso or decadent Bella hot chocolate.

Special May 11-14

This week we’re doing one of our favourite vegetarian specials that’s bound to impress because we get asked about it all the time…garlic base, provolone, mushrooms, gorgonzola and fresh rocket…for the protein peeps, prosciutto is a nice addition to this one! Seriously delicious.

Traditional tiramisu is back this week…made with amore just to impress your amore!

For the coeliacs amongst us also know that we offer gluten free pizzas in the 9″ size for no additional cost.

Special May 4-7

The cooler weather brings on cravings for all sorts of intense pizza flavours so this week we’re featuring zucchini, fresh ricotta and hot salami on a garlic base…it’s delicious and bound to spice up anyone needing a bit of zing!

To cool down afterwards Jules has made ‪#‎nutella‬ tiramisu – one of the most decadent and yummy chocolate desserts to be found. Perfetto with an espresso…

Special April 27-30

This week’s special is one of our autumn faves – wood roasted pumpkin, feta, pine nuts and fresh rocket on an olive oil base. We slice and then roast the pumpkin in our oven to bring out its sweetness and give it a lovely smoky flavour – delish!

On the sweet side of the menu we have homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, affogato, dessert calzone or if none of that grabs you, there’s also gelato in lemon, chocolate or blood orange.

Special April 20-23

This week’s special supports our Spanish amigos (the Spanish film festival is currently on in Melbs) and features provolone, chorizo, red roasted capsicum, feta and fresh basil on a napoli base. Delicious and classic southern european flavours that will warm the soul and please the stomach!

As is more often the case than not these days, we have our homemade tiramisu which is perhaps one of the best ways to finish dinner in front of the open wood fire.

Special April 13-16

This week’s special is vegetarian, sort of.

Garlic, provolone, marinated broccoli (in garlic, lemon juice & black pepper) gorgonzola and anchovies.

If you are a vegetarian who doesn’t eat anchovies then this is still great without.

Otherwise If you just don’t like anchovies then this will still work with salami – and the hot one if you can handle it!

This week’s special is the ever delicious homemade meatball pizza…on a napoli base with a little provolone, red onion, homemade meatballs and then a few green peas for good measure. It’s almost like a bolognese or ragu on a pizza and it’s a flavour combination that is deeeeelicious!

Homemade tiramisu this week is made with lashings of nutella so it’s a rich chocolatey decadent dessert that is perfetto with an espresso.

Special 30 Mar-2 Apr

This week’s special is SPUDS! Yep, that’s right folks…we’ve been asked to do this a few times recently but it’s just been too hot to roast potatoes in the oven all day – with a milder week forecast it should be much more pleasant… so it’s a napoli base, red onion, wood-roasted potatoes and smattering of rosemary. Simple and delicious.

Tiramisu returns to the menu this week – it’s traditional, it’s delicious and is the perfect dessert with which to finish dinner.
