Special 5-8 June

With this chilly weather continuing we’re featuring a weekly special with a bit of heat and spice to warm you up! On a napoli base with provolone, roasted capsicum, salami (hot or mild), jalapeños and danish feta. Vegetarians can swap out the salami for mushrooms, add a bit of chilli and this is still a delicious pizza!

For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu or our range of dessert pizzas with nutella, quince, strawberries and bananas. If none of these grab you we also have baci, tartufo and our selection of gelato.

Special 29 May- 1 June

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one for the vegetarian folk but easily modified for our carnivore friends too! On an extra virgin olive oil base with provolone, moscato soaked figs, walnuts, feta and fresh rocket. Those hankering for a dose of protein can add a ribbon or two of prosciutto. Delish!

There’s a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu, plenty of poached quinces, baci, tartufo and gelato in chocolate, lemon and pistachio flavours! All scrumptious in front of the blazing wood fire!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one for those love a good dose of salt and spice…napoli base with provolone, white anchovies, capers, basil, fresh tomato and kaamata olives. Add chilli and/or hot salami for real depth of flavour! Delish! Vegetarians can swap the anchovies out for mushrooms… 😋
 
There’s a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu waiting in the fridge and along with our autumnal quince dessert pizza special it’s an embarrassment of riches!

Special 15-18 May

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to another week of deliciousness! This week’s special is one for the vegetarians…the potato pizza! On a napoli base with provolone, red onion, wood-roasted potatoes and rosemary! Seriously delicious! This is a hearty pizza on its own but if you are after some meat we reckon a ribbon or two of prosciutto might work pretty well. ☺️
There’s also a fresh batch of tiramisu on standby and a freshly poached batch of quinces (we sold out last week!) for our autumnal dessert pizza special which is on a sweet ricotta base with poached quinces, white chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Delish, delish, delish!

Special 8-11 May

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is the meatball pizza…on a napoli base with provolone, red onion, homemade meatballs (secret recipe😜) and green peas. It’s delish!

As autumn is well and truly with us, our lovely friend Robyn has dropped off a batch of her homegrown quinces which we’ve poached and will be putting on a dessert pizza with sweet ricotta, white chocolate and mascarpone! The tartness of the quinces with the sweetness of the chocolate and ricotta is truly heavenly!

There’s also a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu and all our other usual desserts – baci, tartufo, calzone, dessert pizzas etc. All scrumptious!

Special 1-4 May

Buonasera pizza lovers! To herald this return to the cooler weather (and rain!!!) we’re featuring one of our favourite hearty specials…napoli, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, marinated green olives and feta! It’s vegetarian and super delicious but if you’re not comfortable without the extra protein then we suggest salami with this one! A dash of chilli takes it to a whole new level!

We’ll have a dish of homemade tiramisu on standby as well as all of our other desserts – baci, tartufo, gelato, nutella dessert pizzas and calzone!

Special 24-27 April; Closed Anzac Day!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one of our faves (yours too apparently!) that’s getting its second run this season already! Wood-roasted pumpkin, pine nuts, feta and fresh rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base. Carnivores can add prosciutto or chicken for a bit of salt to balance the sweetness.
 
We’ll have all our usual desserts on offer including homemade tiramisu, gelato, dessert pizzas, tartufo etc!
Due to the Anzac Day public holiday we’ll only be open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this week and we hope that we’ll see you!

Easter Week Special: Wednesday and Thursday only!

Ciao pizza lovers! This week’s special is often requested as we don’t tend to feature it all that often. On a garlic base with provolone, mushrooms, gorgonzola and fresh herbs it’s super simple but super delicious! Those seeking additional protein can add pretty much any of them – salami, prosciutto, chicken – they all work!

We’re also mixing it up a bit on the dessert front – the homemade tiramisu will be the choc-mint variety made with hot chocolate (instead of espresso) and no amaretto. It’s a really yummy alternative!

Buonasera pizza lovers! To herald the end of daylight savings and welcome the cooler weather we’ve got a hearty special for you this week…homemade pork and fennel salsicce (sausage) with provolone, fresh apple and rocket on an olive oil base. Our salsicce has a hit of chilli just to spice things up but you can always request a little more!

On the dessert front we’ve got homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci and tartufo as well as our decadent dessert pizzas with nutella and fresh strawberries and banana.

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is for the vegetarian folk in our midst…provolone, baby beets, walnuts, feta and rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base! Carnivores can add chicken or prosciutto which being salty work well with the sweetness of the beets.
Homemade tiramisu continues to fly out the door and so we’ve got another batch settling in the fridge. It’s just perfect with a coffee or shot of amaretto after a pizza!
