Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one of our faves (yours too apparently!) that’s getting its second run this season already! Wood-roasted pumpkin, pine nuts, feta and fresh rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base. Carnivores can add prosciutto or chicken for a bit of salt to balance the sweetness.
 
We’ll have all our usual desserts on offer including homemade tiramisu, gelato, dessert pizzas, tartufo etc!
Due to the Anzac Day public holiday we’ll only be open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this week and we hope that we’ll see you!

Buonasera pizza lovers! To herald the end of daylight savings and welcome the cooler weather we’ve got a hearty special for you this week…homemade pork and fennel salsicce (sausage) with provolone, fresh apple and rocket on an olive oil base. Our salsicce has a hit of chilli just to spice things up but you can always request a little more!

On the dessert front we’ve got homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci and tartufo as well as our decadent dessert pizzas with nutella and fresh strawberries and banana.

Buonasera pizza lovers! 👋 As we welcome the season change this week, we’ve got a delicious special to share with you all. Provolone, marinated zucchini, fresh ricotta and salami (hot or mild) on a garlic base. Vegetarians can swap out the salami for mushrooms and this is still a super delicious pizza! ðŸ”Ĩ🍕😋

For the sweeties amongst us we’ve got homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, decadent dessert pizzas and gelato in chocolate, lemon and pistacchio flavours! Delish!

For those seeking something sweet we’ve got our homemade tiramisu, dessert pizzas, tartufo, baci, and gelato. 😋😋

After a few weeks of r&r we’re back on deck, ready to once again get back to making Castlemaine’s most delicious woodfired pizza!

And to kick things off, our special this week will be napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, feta and salami – chilli optional ðŸŒķ. Vegetarians can swap the salami out for kalamata olives and this is still a delicious pizza!

On the dessert front we have our gelato (chocolate, lemon and pistachio), baci, tartufi, homemade tiramisu and decadent dessert pizzas.

Special 23-25 January!

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to ANOTHER very hot week! 😅 This week’s pizza special is another deliciously simple one, and the one we always do on the cusp of our annual break – the four cheeses! Napoli, provolone, mozzarella, feta and gorgonzola dolce with basil! Delicious! Great with prosciutto, salami, chilli, olives…whatever your hearts desire!
As we always do when the real heat kicks in, we’ll be taking our annual break from this weekend! As such we will have ALTERED TRADING HOURS and will be open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only! So if it’s pizza you’re after, you better drop by this week, otherwise you’ll have to wait a few!

Ciao pizza lovers! We’re featuring one of our personal faves on the special board this week – we haven’t offered this before but because it’s so damn hot we’re in the mood for something lighter!

On a napoli base there’ll be some provolone, fresh tomato, Italian fior di latte and a few leaves of fresh basil! Fior di latte is fancy term for super-sized bocconcini. It’s an ultra simple pizza – if you prefer something more loaded you can pretty much go anywhere with this one…vegetarians can add kalamata olives or a few mushrooms … those looking for protein can add a ribbon of prosciutto or salami or chicken or anchovies… you can pretty much add anything you have a hankering for!

We’ll have plenty of gelato, baci and tartufo on standby to help keep you cool and of course there’s always tiramisu – the perfect pick me up for you to pick up!

Welcome to 2019 pizza lovers! Yes it’s hot, but as we do each year we’re returning in January to ensure that while you’re still on your holidays you can still get yourself a delicious woodfired pizza! After all, when it’s 40 degrees who wants to cook? Takeaway is a much better option!

And to kick off the new year we’re starting with our puttanesca inspired weekly pizza special…napoli, provolone, white anchovies, capers, fresh tomato, basil and kalamata olives! If you’re in the mood to throw caution to the wind, then add some chilli and/or salami!
