We’re getting into the Christmas spirit with this week’s red, white and green special…our traditional quattro formaggi pizza…napoli, provolone, feta, mozzarella, gorgonzola and basil! If you need a protein on this one then we’d suggest prosciutto…seriously indulgent and so deelicious!

Also available is a fresh batch of tiramisu which is the perfect way to cool down as we commence the forthcoming Christmas feasting!

We’re open right up until Saturday night (Christmas Eve) so with everything else going on, please know we’ll be ready and waiting to make your dinner! For those thinking to drop by and eat in, bookings are of course always welcomed!

Special Dec 14-17

As we approach our penultimate week of 2016 we’ve been reflecting on our most popular specials of the year and decided that the best way to keep the pizza-eating population of Castlemaine and beyond satisfied, is to feature the most requested weekly special.

Fortunately it’s a traditional Italian flavour combination and also happens to be one of our faves…extra virgin olive oil, provolone, pear, walnut, prosciutto and fresh rocket! It’s super delicious with a glass of pinot grigio or rose as well!

Jules has also made a deliciously fresh batch of homemade tiramisu which goes oh so well with an espresso or decadent #crivelli hot chocolate!

Special Dec 7-10

As we approach the final weeks of 2016 and all the things that we still have to do before Christmas start to overwhelm, it’s good to know that you can rely on delicious woodfired pizza to assuage the appetite (and kids) without dishes to wash afterwards!

And this week’s special is bound to delight! We experimented with this one a few months back and have been asked to feature it again soooo here we go! Extra virgin olive oil base, provolone, caramelised onion, gorgonzola, figs and fresh rocket. It’s vegetarian and seriously delicious!

This week’s special is our white anchovy pizza which is a true flavour bomb! Napoli, provolone, white anchovies, capers, basil, kalamata olives and if you can handle it, chilli! It’s seriously delicious…

Of course there’s also our delectable homemade tiramisu which is perfect way to counter the salty and spicy special…hmm yum!

Garlic. Provolone. Mushrooms. Taleggio. Rocket. Delicious.

Not much else to be added to this tasty pizza combination unless you’re not vegetarian – in which instance we’d suggest some prosciutto to finish this one off, or chicken will also work if you’d prefer.

On the dessert front we’ve got our homemade tiramisu, gelato (chocolate, lemon, red orange), baci, tartufo or our range of yummy dessert pizzas…

Special Nov 16-19

This week’s special is one of our faves – just a simple combination of flavours that looks and tastes great – napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted red capsicum, feta and salami which you can have either hot or mild. The vegetarians can swap the salami for olives and this still tastes really great.

Homemade tiramisu is available this week or with the warmer days starting to sneak in here and there you can opt for gelato which we have in three flavours of chocolate, lemon and blood orange.

Special Nov 9-12

Q: What do you get when you cross broccoli and a vampire?
A: Count Broccula! (Mwah ha ha ha!)

This week’s special is the yummy combination of gorgonzola, pine nuts and broccoli on a garlic base! It’s delicious as is, but for those of you who need protein we think salami is the best match for this one.

Homemade tiramisu is available this week along with baci and tartufo or if you fee like gelato in this warmer weather, we have three flavours of chocolate, lemon and blood orange!

This week’s special is one of those classic Italian favour combinations that will delight your senses! On an olive oil base, we sprinkle some provolone, homemade pork and fennel sausage (salsicce), sweet and juicy apple and finish it with some fresh rocket.

Homemade tiramisu is on the sweets list too… along with tartufo, baci and gelato in any of chocolate, lemon and blood orange.

Special Oct 19-22

This week’s special is one of our faves…napoli base, provolone, baby spinach, marinated split green olives, salami (hot/mild) and feta! The vegetarians amongst us can opt to skip the salami and this one is still mouth-wateringly delicious!

Traditional homemade tiramisu is back on the menu this week and is one of the lightest and most delicious ways to finish a yummy dinner in front of the Bella Fresca Pizzeria fire!
