Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is for the vegetarian folk in our midst…provolone, baby beets, walnuts, feta and rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base! Carnivores can add chicken or prosciutto which being salty work well with the sweetness of the beets.
Homemade tiramisu continues to fly out the door and so we’ve got another batch settling in the fridge. It’s just perfect with a coffee or shot of amaretto after a pizza!

Buonasera pizza lovers! To celebrate this gorgeous autumn weather we’re featuring one of our fave specials this week. Caramelised onion, provolone, fresh pear, feta and rocket! Seriously delicious! Those who need meat should add a ribbon or two of prosciutto, otherwise it’s also terrific as a vegetarian pizza!
On the dessert front we’ve got homemade tiramisu, dessert pizzas, baci, tartufo, gelato all of which go down perfectly with an espresso or hot chocolate!

After a few weeks of r&r we’re back on deck, ready to once again get back to making Castlemaine’s most delicious woodfired pizza!

Welcome to 2019 pizza lovers! Yes it’s hot, but as we do each year we’re returning in January to ensure that while you’re still on your holidays you can still get yourself a delicious woodfired pizza! After all, when it’s 40 degrees who wants to cook? Takeaway is a much better option!
And to kick off the new year we’re starting with our puttanesca inspired weekly pizza special…napoli, provolone, white anchovies, capers, fresh tomato, basil and kalamata olives! If you’re in the mood to throw caution to the wind, then add some chilli and/or salami!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one that is for the genuine pizza aficionado…napoli, mozzarella, provolone, feta, gorgonzola and basil! We call it the ‘four cheeses’ others might say it’s ‘for Jesus’. Whichever way you roll, it’s a deliciously simple pizza! For those seeking a bit of protein, we suggest salami which is even better with a splash of chilli!
There’s a fresh batch of tiramisu doing it’s thing in the fridge – made with amore it really is a lovely way to finish dinner at Bella!
