Specials March 18-21

With the Castlemaine State Festival coming to a close for another couple of years, we’re apparently set for a bit of a cold snap with Friday and Saturday set to remind us that the change of season is underway.

As mentioned last week, we’re running two specials simultaneously – the vegetarian option is the four cheese with a Bella twist; napoli base, provolone, mozzarella, feta, gorgonzola and fresh basil!

The alternative is a garlic base with provolone, grilled zucchini, hot salami and fresh ricotta – both are absolutely delicious!

Jules’ homemade tiramisu is back this week – made with espresso, amaretto and a dash of amore!

Special Sept 11-14

This week’s special features a lightly oiled extra virgin olive oil base, mozzarella, pear, prosciutto, walnuts and is finished with fresh rocket and an optional sprinkle of parmesan – delicious!

And for the coeliacs amongst us, remember we can do this in a 9″ gluten free version.

This or our other pizzas are all fantastic with our selection of fresh salads; mista, greek, rucola or the caprese!

Tiramisu lovers will appreciate the return to the classic version made with espresso, amaretto and love!

We also have our other desserts: bacio, tartufo and gelato in chocolate, lemon and strawberry – all perfect with a coffee or hot chocolate.
