This week’s special is a twist on one we’ve featured before…garlic base, provolone, broccoli (marinated in lemon juice, garlic and black pepper), taleggio cheese and pine nuts. The vegetarians will love this one! If you’re curious about taleggio cheese, it’s a semi-soft Italian cheese made from cows milk and it’s super delicious!
Tiramisu lovers will be pleased to learn that the traditional version is available this week… espresso…amore… etc. etc. Perfetto with an espresso or hot chocolate to finish!

This week’s special is one to keep you warm in this chilly chilly winter weather – extra virgin olive oil, provolone, homemade pork salsicce (not gluten free), fennel, sweet juicy apple and fresh rocket.
Homemade tiramisu is on the menu this week, lovingly made with espresso, amore…etc etc.
We’ve had a couple of people enquire as to where our olive oil comes from – we use Red Island Australian Cold Pressed Olive Oil that is produced in Boort. We think it tastes great and suits our pizzas perfectly.
Also due to the cold weather and flooding in Gippsland, rocket is in short supply at the moment so we’re using what we have on pizzas and not making our rucola salad. As soon as we’re back to normal it’ll return to the menu! In the meantime the mists salad is a great alternative.

This week’s special is one for the vegetarians amongst us.. napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, roasted eggplant and feta…deeelicious! If you need it, the best protein with this one is salami and you can choose whether you go hot or mild! Either way, we think it tastes pretty fine!
Jules has made another batch of his special homemade tiramisu -the past few weeks we’ve been selling out so that indicates how delicious it really is and how you have to get in quick for a piece of this indulgence! (Having said that, we’ll probably end up throwing out half a tray this week…)

It’s cold and a few of you have mentioned in the past week or so how you’re waiting for the potato pizza to come back to the special menu again… good news, it’s back! This is one of our simplest yet most highly requested pizza specials which just goes to show that it is the simple things in life that are often the best. So on a napoli base we sprinkle some provolone, red onion, wood roasted potatoes and rosemary…delicious!

Brrrr! It’s freeeeeeezing! To officially celebrate the arrival of winter we’re going with a pizza inspired by the puttanesca…napoli, provolone, white anchovies, kalamata olives, baby capers and fresh basil…for the brave we also recommend chilli and/or salami! This one is an absolute flavour bomb and perfect with a glass of sangiovese.
