With the chill set to kick in this week, we’re offering one of our favourite pizza specials…on an extra virgin olive oil base with provolone, moscato soaked figs, walnuts, feta and fresh rocket. Those with a hankering for protein should add a ribbon or two of prosciutto – seriously delicious!
Sweeties will be pleased to know that there’ll be a fresh batch of the homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, dessert pizzas and gelato in chocolate, lemon or raspberry! (for those seeking pistacchio, unfortunately our supplier has deleted this line.. 😞)

Buonasera pizza lovers! Another wintry week in Castlemaine calls on hearty comfort food to help get us through. This week’s special is on a napoli base with baby spinach, roasted capsicum, grilled eggplant, feta and salami which you can have hot or mild! Vegetarians can swap out the salami for olives or just leave it off altogether!

We’ve got a selection of desserts for the sweeties in our midst – homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci, tartufo and our dessert pizzas, any of which are the perfect finish to dinner at Bella.

Special 16-19 January

Ciao pizza lovers! We’re featuring one of our personal faves on the special board this week – we haven’t offered this before but because it’s so damn hot we’re in the mood for something lighter!

On a napoli base there’ll be some provolone, fresh tomato, Italian fior di latte and a few leaves of fresh basil! Fior di latte is fancy term for super-sized bocconcini. It’s an ultra simple pizza – if you prefer something more loaded you can pretty much go anywhere with this one…vegetarians can add kalamata olives or a few mushrooms … those looking for protein can add a ribbon of prosciutto or salami or chicken or anchovies… you can pretty much add anything you have a hankering for!

We’ll have plenty of gelato, baci and tartufo on standby to help keep you cool and of course there’s always tiramisu – the perfect pick me up for you to pick up!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is on a napoli base with provolone, roasted capsicum, jalapeños, feta and salami – if you really do like a spicy pizza we can always add some extra chilli!

With the warmer weather having well and truly arrived we’ve got our delicious gelato in pistachio, chocolate and lemon flavours or perhaps a baci or tartufo is more your thing? As always there’s our delicious homemade tiramisu!

Jules has made a fresh batch of the homemade tiramisu or you can try our homemade dessert pizzas, baci, tartufo or gelato in chocolate, lemon or blood orange!

This week’s pizza special is for the lovers of chicken…pesto, provolone, chicken (all our chicken is free range), fresh tomato, feta and pine nuts.

This week we’re featuring our beetroot pizza special…extra virgin olive oil, provolone, baby beets, walnuts, feta and fresh rocket! It’s such a delicious combo…perfect for vegetarians!

This week’s pizza special is one for the vegetarians…garlic, provolone, mushrooms, gorgonzola and rocket! Delicious and perfect with prosciutto if the idea of a ‘no-protein’ pizza worries you!
 
Jules has also made a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu which is just the perfect dessert with which to finish dinner!
 
Due to the 2017 AFL Grand Final our trading hours will differ this week. We will be open Wednesday and Thursday but CLOSED for the Grand Final Eve public holiday on Friday 29 September as well as Grand Final day on Saturday 30 September.
 
We apologise for any inconvenience and will resume regular trading hours from Wednesday 4 October.

This week’s special is a nod to our Spanish amigos who like a flush of spice and heat! Napoli base, provolone, salami (hot or mild), jalapeño, roasted capsicum and feta! Delicious! If you’re vegetarian you can swap the salami for mushrooms and it’s still a delicious pizza!
