This week’s special is for our vegetarian amici…provolone, baby beets, walnuts and feta with fresh rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base! Delish!

It may be because of the cooler weather but it seems our dessert pizzas are flying out the door at the moment particularly the nutella and fresh strawberries and the berry bliss (mixed berries with white chocolate on sweet ricotta) but if they’re not for you there’s always Jules’ homemade tiramisu or our ice cream desserts…

Special 12-15 July

This week’s special is a winter delight, bound to keep you warm as you tuck into a garlic base, with provolone, fresh ricotta, marinated zucchini and salami, which can be ordered either hot or mild! Vegetarians can swap the salami for mushrooms…

Dessert options include Jules’ homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci, tartufo and of course our delectable dessert pizzas.

Cari Pizza Amici…this week’s special is hearty, it’s vegetarian and we know you’re going to love it because we’ve featured it many times before and it’s often requested! On a napoli base, with provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, green olives and feta! If you’re thinking which is best protein on that one, we’d suggest salami which you can order either hot or mild!

Jules’ homemade tiramisu is also available along with our deliciously decadent dessert pizzas, baci, tartufo or gelato!

Special 28 June – 1July

Buonasera pizza lovers….this week’s special is one of our favourite flavour combinations… on a napoli base, there’s some provolone (cheese), white anchovies, baby capers, kalamata olives and oregano! Typically we’d use fresh basil but due to the cold weather it’s in short supply at the moment so we think oregano will be a nice substitute – you can also add chilli if you think a little more spice is in order on these cool evenings!
 
As always, Jules has made a delicious batch of homemade tiramisu which is a delicious indulgence when sitting in front of the woodfired oven with an espresso or vino!

This week’s special is one for the vegetarians…caramelised onion, provolone, moscato-soaked figs, gorgonzola and fresh rocket…delizioso with a glass of vino!
 
If you’re a sweet tooth then we have a few different dessert options available – Jules’ homemade tiramisu, bacio, tartufo, gelato or our delicious woodfired dessert pizzas!

Special 14-17 June

This week’s special features delicious homemade baby meatballs (polpette) on a napoli base with provolone, red onion and green peas! It’s one of the most oft-requested and most talked about special pizzas which goes oh so well with a glass of vino rosso!
 
On the dessert front we have our homemade tiramisu which Jules has made with amore and espresso…otherwise there’s tartufo, baci, gelato and dessert pizzas on offer… they’re the perfect way to finish a meal in front of our cosy woodfire!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is the classic quattro formaggi or four cheeses…napoli, provolone, gorgonzola, mozzarella, feta with fresh basil…it’s the perfect accompaniment to good conversation over a glass or two of vino at the end of the day!

Homemade traditional tiramisu returns to the menu this week…made with espresso and amore it’s bound to delight!

This week’s special is a brand new special that we haven’t featured before …given the cold snap we’re expecting this week, we thought that we’d try something with a bit of spice and heat with a nod to our Spanish amigos… so on a napoli base we’ve got some provolone, chorizo, roasted capsicum, mild jalapeños and feta…we think it’s a pretty delicious flavour combination… vegetarians can alter by swapping the chorizo for mushrooms…
 
For dessert lovers, there’s a batch of homemade tiramisu, made with espresso and amore it’s pretty difficult to go past!

Special 24-27 May

Greetings amici and pizza lovers… this week’s special is one for the vegetarians – provolone, wood-roasted pumpkin, gorgonzola, pine nuts and fresh rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base… the perfect dinner as the days get shorter and a little cooler… and the best time to indulge with a woodfired pizza!

Homemade tiramisu will be at the top of the dessert offering although there’s also other choices including baci, gelato and tartufo. We’ll have our seasonal quince dessert pizza/calzone available this week (thanks to the McConville’s) which will be served with mascarpone and white chocolate…

All pizzas on our menu are available as a gluten free option – in the 9″ size only.

Pizza lovers come forth and get yourself one of this week’s delicious specials…pesto base, provolone, fresh tomato, chicken (free range), pine nuts and feta… vegetarians can swap the chicken for something else…mushrooms is probably the most obvious choice, but we’re open to anything we have in stock…

Jules has made a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu, otherwise we have our baci, tartufo and gelato available as well as our delicious range of dessert pizzas.
