Buonasera pizza lovers….this week’s special is one of our favourite flavour combinations… on a napoli base, there’s some provolone (cheese), white anchovies, baby capers, kalamata olives and oregano! Typically we’d use fresh basil but due to the cold weather it’s in short supply at the moment so we think oregano will be a nice substitute – you can also add chilli if you think a little more spice is in order on these cool evenings!
As always, Jules has made a delicious batch of homemade tiramisu which is a delicious indulgence when sitting in front of the woodfired oven with an espresso or vino!
